Who we are
A majority of our SCAN-Harbor staff are former program participants, or, prior recipients of SCAN-Harbor service delivery. Jamel Oeser-Sweat, current Board Chairperson, first came to SCAN-Harbor as a ten year old recipient of family support services.
What we do
SCAN-Harbor is a non-profit youth and family service organization that provides a variety of integrated supports to the highest risk children and families of Harlem, East Harlem and the South Bronx.
